FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • IS THE BUILDING WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Our building has a ramp at the main entrance, an elevator to The Seamore and a wheelchair lift that gains access to the lower floor of the venue, as well as accessible toilets. Should you wish to plan your journey ahead with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll make sure that access is as swift as we can make it for you.

  • ARE THERE PARKING FACILITIES?

The Seamore has a small car park at the side of the building; however there are a multitude of car parking spaces along Maryhill Road should this be full that are a short walk from the venue. Should you have any access issues, please give us a call and we will reserve a space for you.

  • ARE THERE CATERING FACILITIES ON SITE?

Should you require catering facilities for your event, The Seamore is able to provide this at a small cost. Before your event we will discuss your catering needs with you and do our best to provide what you require, as well as discuss all food hygiene and safety measures that The Seamore puts into practice.

  • CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE?

We would love you to bring your own bottle along! For £2 corkage per person, you can bring along cans of beer or pre-mixed canned liquor or a bottle of wine, where the Seamore team will decant into plastic cups. A Challenge 25 policy is in place and the Seamore Team reserve the right to refuse entry or hold onto alcohol if they believe an audience member has had too much to drink, brought an excess of alcohol or has brought in opened or unlabelled bottles.

  • IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

At The Seamore, should you wish to return your ticket, please contact us at seamoresocial@centralhalls.org and a full refund will be arranged.

Please note that we can only refund the entire exchange, so should more than one ticket be bought on a single purchase all tickets would need to be refunded. This period lasts until one hour before the allocated screening time. After this it is non-refundable.

Also, should you be unhappy at the screening, a full refund is available up until 10 minutes after the screening begins. After this period, the ticket is non-refundable.
